Venue: Etihad Park, Abu Dhabi
By car: To reach your destination, take Channel Street, merge onto Al Raha Blvd/Al Rahah St, then turn left onto Yas Drive, and keep right to continue onto Yas Dr to find your destination on the right.
By public transportation: Take Bus 216 (Al Shahamah Bus Stn. < Via Khalifa City) to the Yas Drive / Marina Circuit North bus stop, and take a short four-minute walk from there.
By taxi: You can easily reach your destination by taking a cab or by using a ride-hailing app.

This festival is the first of its kind in the UAE and the largest open-format music festival in the Middle East.
Whether you're a fan of pop, hip-hop, or electronic beats, OFFLIMITS Festival 2026 promises a high-energy experience unlike any other.
This experience is held outdoors. If due to the weather forecast the event cannot be held, we will notify you via email at the same address linked to your Platinumlist account.

Limited tickets avaialble
Unethical secondary ticketing is when people buy tickets at face value and then re-sell them at inflated prices via non-artist approved methods and websites, thus denying real fans the chance to buy at face value.
Ticket touts and unauthorised resellers use multiple payment cards, false identities and sophisticated computer programmes (‘bots’) to buy up large amounts of tickets which they then offer for resale at highly inflated prices.
There will be a strict limit of 6 tickets per show date per person. This restriction is in place in order to give as many people as possible a fair chance to buy tickets. The whole party must arrive at the same time as the Lead Purchaser holding the tickets matching their valid photo ID.
Please note: that any and all transactions that are detected as bot purchases, patrons creating duplicate accounts in order to purchase more than the ticket limit or any action that indicates a suspicious purchase in excess of the ticket limit will be cancelled.
A Lead Purchaser is the name of the cardholder or the name input during the booking process. You can find the name of the Lead Purchaser in the confirmation email and on your ticket.
It is important that the Lead Purchaser arrives with their group and their matching, valid photo ID to enter the event.
You will have to try to complete another order with another Lead Purchaser's name and card as each person is allowed a max of 6 tickets.
Tickets should only be transferred using the official ticket agent’s official transfer system. The recipient of the ticket will need to have the ticket transferred to their app account using the official process to gain entry to the venue.
To gain access to the concert you are required to download the Platinumlist App from IOS or Playstore.
The tickets will be available only in the App with Dynamic QR code.
All venue age restrictions are clearly displayed at the sales pages on the ticket agent websites.
Open Age (+5). Anyone under the age of 16 years old must be supervised by an adult 18+.
There is a maximum of 4 minors to one adult when entering. Original ID's will be required.
All Limitless Lounge are strictly 21+.
In the unlikely event you are looking to purchase tickets on behalf of 16-18-year-olds who do not have access to a smartphone we recommend that you attend the show with the group.

If you still haven’t received confirmation, contact the customer services of the ticket agent you believe you booked through.

Professional cameras (deemed as cameras with removable lenses), video and recording equipment are strictly forbidden and will not be allowed inside the venue. Personal-use cameras and smartphone cameras are fine. No camera drop-off is available at the venue
Please check the Platinumlist website for door opening times and allow yourself plenty of time to get in before the start of the show.
Don’t worry, we can try and help you. In the first instance head to the box office where someone will be able to help you work out what’s gone wrong. Remember do not buy a ticket from someone you don’t know either in person on the street OR from an unauthorised secondary ticket website. Remember these are likely to be fake and will not gain you entry to the show.

Your ticket(s) are linked to your account with Platinumlist. This means your ticket and the individual information you gave when you purchased are linked. If a ticket is resold in any method other than via official face-value return to Platinumlist (if approved), you will be refused entry to the venue.
